Merchandise purchased on website:

Regular Priced unopened packs or boxes or other merchandise can be shipped back with receipt within 14 days for:

• Refund (less shipping charges)


• Store credit (less shipping charges)


• Exchange (less shipping charges)


• Before returning, please contact us for an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number.


• Orders without an RMA number will be refused.
  

Sale Priced packs, boxes or other merchandise is final sale and non-returnable.

Stax Trading Cards is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in shipment back to us. Please be sure to insure your package.
